In her 20+ year career, Sha-Mayn built and scaled products and high-performing teams from scratch, including Google Translate, Google Beijing and 50-person New York engineering at ed-tech startup TeachersPayTeachers. As a fractional executive and ICF-certified coach, she focuses on helping impact-driven leaders push through uncertainty and difficult transitions so that they can move forward with clarity, creativity, energy and purpose.

Yu is a product and sales leader who's built consumer and enterprise software reaching millions of users. In her 8 years at Google, Yu launched products in Search, Maps, and Internet connectivity, and led teams in the US, EMEA, and APAC. Post-Google, she led EdTech product at Flatiron School. She is an angel investor and startup advisor who is passionate about bridging the opportunity gap through education, technology, and financing. She cofounded Potluck Tech to provide fractional product leadership to startups. As a Product Coach, she upskills Product Managers on product vision, prioritization, roadmaps and delivery.

Alice is an experienced software engineer coach with a passion for enabling individuals and technology to drive social change. With over two decades of technical expertise gained in academia, Google, and startup advising, Alice has transitioned her mission to empower software engineers, guiding them to recognize their full potential and chart their unique paths to growth. As an ICF-certified professional coach, she specializes in coaching individual contributors (from Junior to Principal), Tech Leads, and new managers.
Kendra curtis

Kendra is an engineering leader and entrepreneur with 20+ yrs of experience in all levels of the software stack, first on wireless networking firmware at Wi-LAN. In a decade at Google, she worked on early data centers, the integration of DoubleClick, and the original Google Wallet. She then co-founded Scout It Out, a listing service for rehearsal spaces. As Director of Engineering at Cockroach Labs, she built SRE and Front End teams to create their cloud offering. She specializes in coaching managers and executives to accelerate team growth.
